Knowing how to manage this flow of requests and questions in an individual way is now quite within the reach of a service provider, regardless of the volume of activity.
Current technologies take up this challenge and have even found the parade: they allow to catch and analyze customer returns and complaints, but above all to categorize them so as to be able to provide an adapted and personalized response to each.
